Hard to say what's going on here. DPs aren't easy to execute, though these guys do pretty good with it. My (real) wife says DP is the strongest orgasm a woman can have without a Hitachi. Yes, you have described the difficulties of double penetration well. First of all, you need a woman who asks for it and is comfortable with anal in addition to pussy.
